Palm Vista Apartments is located at 20116 Sherman Way, Los Angeles, CA 91306.  This project has 89 residential units.  Forty-four (44) units are reserved for households that are homeless and frequest uses of DHS services.  Thirty-three (33) units are reserved for chronically homeless households.  These units will be for direct referrals from the Los Angeles County Deparment  of Health Services (DHS) thru the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
