CRCD Normandie Apartments is a 57-studio-unit new construction development slated for completion in Winter 2026, designed to provide permanent supportive housing. The project includes 56 studio units reserved for low-income households, along with one unit designated for a full-time on-site property manager. All units have a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, and central heating and air conditioning. All restricted units will serve individuals experiencing homelessness whose incomes do not exceed 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Los Angeles County. These units will be subsidized through Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) administered by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA).
